Privacy

Colour Garden is run by Idistic, the product studio of TWINDLE NEDERLAND B.V. (the Netherlands). We collect as little as possible and nothing that identifies you.

Your progress stays in your browser

Pictures in progress, finished pictures, streaks, your daily calendar and your settings are kept in your browser’s local storage on this device. They are never sent to us. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes them. Progress isn’t shared between devices or between Idistic sites.

Downloads and sharing

Download PNG draws the picture on your device and saves it straight to your device; nothing is uploaded. Sharing only happens when you choose Share, and then it uses your device’s share menu or copies a link.

Analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that we host ourselves. It sets no cookies and builds no profile. It counts page views and a few events such as “a picture was started”, “a quarter was coloured”, “a picture was finished” or “a PNG was downloaded”, with the picture’s name and size. It never records which squares you colour.

Offline

To load quickly and work offline, your browser keeps a copy of the pages, scripts and pictures you open. This copy stays on your device.

Hosting

The site is hosted on a server in Germany (Hetzner). Like every web server, it briefly processes your IP address to deliver the page.
